Here at Salem Area Community Betterment Association (SACBA), we are driven by a single goal; to do our part to enrich our community with opportunities to enrich lives and foster growth. Founded in 1994, SACBA has been a member of the Missouri Community Betterment Association, a network of local boards that advocate networking, educational, and connecting opportunities in their communities.
